A History of The Hall, Rainhill

Built by Bartholomew Bretherton in 1824, the Hall remained in the family for one hundred years before it was sold to the Society of Jesus for use as a retreat. In 2017 the Hall became a hotel and celebrated its 200th anniversary in 2024.
